Attendee Registration

NETS will take place February 11-13, 2024.  Shop for the newest toys, gifts, games, baby products, educational items, and more.

NETS attendee buyer registration badges will include:

  • Coffee / Tea – Each morning 
  •  $10 Lunch Voucher – Sunday, 2/11 and Monday 2/12
  • Complimentary Dinner and Drinks – Game Night, 2/12

In order to help offset these costs, NETS will charge a nominal registration badge fee

NOTE:  Attendees are Buyers, Buyer Staff, Sales Reps, Distributors and Wholesalers, Media and Inventors. All other manufacturers and exhibitor staff, will register thru the exhibitor portal. Each 10 x 10 booth will include 2 complimentary exhibitor badges, additional badges will be subject to a fee.

Pricing Policies

No credits or refunds for no-shows or cancellations after December 1, 2023.  Badges are non-transferable.

A retailer attendee badge permits entry Feb 11-13, 2024 into all NETS exhibition halls and game evening. Exhibitors in the Game Hall, Exhibitors who purchased a Game Night Table and Sales Representatives who purchased access to Game Night will be allowed to attend Monday’s Game Night.

Badge Pick Up Information

Once registered, your printed badge will be available for pick up at MassMutal show registration.

*NEMs Companies qualified to exhibit but not currently exhibiting in this year’s show are permitted two (2) registrants per company. NEMs will be allowed 1 day on the tradeshow floor during the first day, Feb 11th. (NEMs are only permitted to attend one year.)

NETS offers many opportunities to help you get your company name in front of the Buyers. Our main objective is to foster successful business relationships between reps, manufactures and independent retailers. Your sponsorship or ad in the show directory will not only help us to create an enjoyable and productive show for everyone involved but will help turn your dollars directory.

Booth Size, and General Information

Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes a 3′ high side pipe and drape and an 8′ high back-wall draping, (1) draped table (your choice of 4′, 6′ or 8′), (2) chairs, a wastebasket, a booth sign, free unsecured wifi, and 4 badges. 3 Booth Maximum per vendor

Limited 6 Booth Options – Leads them to Floor plan with 6 booth options.

Limited 4 Booth – Leads them to Floor Plan with 4 Booth Options.

If you are new to ToyFest, please fill out a new exhibitor form to be pre approved to participate. If you are a returning exhibitor, please log in to the exhibitor portal to register.

Qualifications

The exhibitor registration is available online to potential exhibitors in the fall. An email will be sent, or returning exhibitors may log in to the exhibitor portal. If you are new to NETS, please fill out a new exhibitor form to be approved and placed on the mailing list.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an exhibitor, your status, i.e., manufacturer, wholesaler, importer, representative, etc., as well as the lines you represent or manufacturing company, will have to be provided.

A LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE AND A COPY OF YOUR BROCHURE OR CATALOG ILLUSTRATING YOUR PRODUCT(S) MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE NEW EXHIBITOR FORM, ENABLING THE SHOW COMMITTEE TO REACH A DECISION REGARDING YOUR ELIGIBILITY. All merchandise shown must be toys, juveniles, games, hobbies, sporting goods, gifts, education, Halloween, or related items that are in production and can be offered for sale at the retail level.

A MANUFACTURER AND HIS REPRESENTATIVE MAY NOT BOTH SHOW THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE SHOW. Only qualified companies may participate as exhibitors. Exhibitors are on a seniority system, with space being assigned in accordance with the length of years in the show. New exhibitors will be placed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Booth placements will begin in December. REGISTER EARLY.
